Welcome to The Hacked Mind show! This week I interview Keith Norris who is a manager at Efficient Exercise, blogger at Ancestral Momentum, and PaleoFX co-founder with his wife. Keith has extensive experience with high level performance athletes (himself included) and helping the general public become healthier.
